Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

I wish I would remember my camera when dinner time rolls around!  I've tried out about a dozen new recipes in the last two weeks and I have a whole bunch more I'm going to be making and so many of them look just as wonderful as they taste.  This one took about a whole 5 minutes to prep, if that, and it was so good!

You will need:

1 Clove Garlic
¼ tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
¾ lb Pork Tenderloin
½ tsp. Rosemary Leaves, crumbled

Spray pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork. Rub Rosemary and garlic on all sides of the pork. Place in sprayed pan. Bake uncovered 27-30 min at 425° or until thermometer reads 160°
